The State Theater staff is composed of volunteer board members and weekly volunteers. We strive to keep our costs low so families can enjoy the theater without spending a lot of money. Our ticket prices have not gone up since our reopening and concession prices have only been raised once in that same timeframe. We have partnered with area businesses to sponsor movies for the community. We also work with local organizations, such as the Volunteer Fire Department, to provide a free movie around the holidays for children and families. Other organizations, such as the elementary school, use the theater for fun activities for the children before the Christmas break and at the end of the school year.
