Trinity Lutheran School has provided a Christian education alternative to families in the Grand Island community for the past 140+ years. We have had many students graduate and become major contributors to the Grand Island area. We focus upon providing an outstanding academic education to children from a Christian worldview. Trinity Lutheran School has been established to assist parents in the Christian training of their children. We strive to minister to the whole child in the light of God's grace for each child, with a proper distinction of Law and Gospel, that all may acknowledge their sinfulness and their need for a Savior. Romans 3:23 According to the Explanation of the Third Article of the Apostles' Creed, the Holy Spirit is the One who calls, gathers, enlightens, and sanctifies each child. The school is an avenue to carry out Christ's Great Commission to share the Gospel throughout the world. "Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit."
