Presbyterian Preschool believes in outreach to the community of Grand Island by offering the opportunity for a preschool education regardless of race, religion, disability, or socio-economic status. Scholarships are available to students as needed. The preschool has served families and children who speak English, Spanish, Chinese, and the Sudanese language in their homes. As students learn together in the classroom and play together on the playground, they are accepted as individuals, and learn how to interact with a diverse range of children and adults. We offer half-day and full day preschool classes. In 2023, the preschool installed a new inclusive playground which benefits the preschool children as well as many families in the community. In 2024, a Little Free Library was installed near the preschool playground. This free library benefits the preschool families, church members, and the neighborhood community.
