About the Organization
The Phillips Community Foundation, INC was established to construct and maintain the new Phillips Memorial Hall. In the 9 years since our incorporation, we have established a presence within the community that promotes volunteerism and charitable giving. The Board of Directors is a mixture of rural and village residents. They work closely with the local governing board, the Phillips Volunteer Fire Department, and the Phillips Ball Association to provide a quality summer ball program, several quality community events a year, as well as multiple community scholarships for our youth. Many other local organizations have also benefited from the construction of the Phillips Memorial Hall for their fundraising events and dinners. The youth in our community are also very important to us and we work closely with several youth organizations to offer experiences for them locally. We are proud to be part of a community that believes that a community should be built by the people for the people.
