At Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Nebraska, we are a force for change. By igniting potential through one-on-one friendships, we change lives. Our Littles may face financial hardships, experience foster care, have experienced abuse or neglect, struggle with peer relations or academics, and more. Through our programming futures are transformed. Youth show up to school more, graduate high school, continue their education, feel better about who they are, they even improve their relationships with their parents. Currently, nearly 30 Littles are waiting for their Bigs.

Our two programs match Littles - young people in the community with Bigs (volunteer mentors). School Based Bigs are high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors, while Community Based Bigs are adults from our community.
