The Nebraska State Fair runs the last week of August and comes to a close on Labor Day. This iconic 11-day event attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors each year and showcases the best of our great state's agriculture, industry and culture. Its importance to the economic vitality of Grand Island and central Nebraska is unmatched. Over 4-million visitors have passed through the gates of the Nebraska State Fair since its move to Grand Island in 2010. With a history older than the state itself, the Nebraska State Fair combines tradition with innovation to produce an educational and exciting event for the entire family!
